Gold Diggers – Ayeyarwady river, Myanmar
This picture has been taken while I was on a tiny boat connecting Sinbo village to Bamo. These boats all park next to each others abelong to gold digger. They are searching for the precious metal in a very primitive way. The industry deeply contribute to polute the river by releasing a considerable amount of Mercure into the water.
