Young and smiling sellers – Chichen Itza, Mexico
I took this picture while I was walking across the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza. Like in many places in Mexico, I was chocked to see the number of young kids working, trying to sell souvenir to tourist, and like often, I started talking to few of the kids, trying to make them drop their seller” hat to switched back to their “kids” hat. It My attempt become quickly successful with those two grils, that were much more interested in having fun and posing for my camera than selling their tissues and small puppets… Here like everywhere else, kds are before anything else, kids!”
