Cholas – Uyuni, Bolivia

This picture has been taken in Uyuni. The Cholas, these ladies with bowler hat and braids are traditional bolivian. You see a lot of them in Bolivian streets. Their way to dress dates from the colonial time where the spanish impose to the indigenous women to dress distinctively
